Compassionate, evidence-based counselling to help you regain control of your life
Do you find yourself struggling with pornography use or other repetitive behaviours, even when you’ve tried to stop? Are you feeling trapped by habits that no longer serve you, yet you're not sure how to break free? Maybe these behaviours are affecting your relationships, work, or self-esteem, leaving you feeling alone, anxious, or ashamed.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself. I provide a structured, evidence-based approach to help you understand your behaviours, explore their impact, and regain control over your life. Whether you’re looking for support with addiction, unwanted sexual thoughts, or emotional challenges, I offer a safe, confidential space to talk – free from judgement.
I’m Natalie Williams, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MA, MBACP), providing professional, non-judgemental support for adults (18+) in Berkshire, Wokingham and the surrounding areas, as well as online from anywhere in the UK.
While I specialise in sex and porn addiction and Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD), I also offer counselling for a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship difficulties.
Whether you're struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, unwanted habits, or emotional distress, I provide both one-to-one and group therapy in a safe and confidential space.
Whatever has brought you here – you are in the right place.
If you find yourself repeatedly drawn to pornography or other sexual behaviours, even when you want to stop, you may be wondering if you have a problem. Whether your struggle is private or something you’ve been confronted about by a loved one, or even the authorities, support is available. Using a compassionate, evidence-based approach, we’ll explore your behaviour patterns, triggers, and work together to find what freedom from these behaviours, what recovery, might mean to you.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or emotional struggles, therapy provides a safe and confidential space to talk. Whether you’re going through a difficult time or looking for support in understanding yourself better, I can help. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you and work towards acceptance or meaningful change.
Counselling can offer you a dedicated space to better understand yourself. A place to be really heard.
I use an integrative, evidence based approach, drawing on different therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy. Whether you need practical strategies for breaking habits or a space to process emotions, we will work together to meet your needs.
I’m Natalie, a registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) with a background in psychology and counselling, specialising in sex and porn addiction, compulsive sexual behaviour disorder (CSBD), and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in evidence-based theory, and I’m passionate about helping people find freedom from the loneliness of repetitive behaviours and shame and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
